The way to establish socialist market system is to bring about a regular monetary mar-ket.And the basic approach to perfect the monetary market of our country is to break finan-cial monopoly and bring about competition,setting variable interest structure instead ofstereotyped and unilateral rate of interest and establishing the mechanism of risk compensa-tion and risk dodging.Macro-financial regulation and control must be effectively practisedby the State in accordance with the conditions of China.
