重返关贸总协定与通货膨胀的国际传递——兼析当代西方通货膨胀国际传递货币论

Returning to GATT and the International Transmission of Inflation——also Analyzing the Theory of Modern Inflation in the West

根据当代西方国际传递货币论的论证,在开放经济条件下,国际性通货膨胀会通过价格机制、国际资本流动机制在各国之间传递。我国重返关贸总协定后,在受发达国家“经济传递”的同时,也将不可避免地受到通货膨胀国际传递的冲击。应当借鉴当代西方国际传递货币论的基本主张,结合关贸总协定的基本要求,运用汇率机制、产业调整政策、国际资本调控等措施来抑制通货膨胀国际传递对我国经济的影响。

According to the theory of modern inflation transmission,inflation can be internationa-liaed in the condition of open economy through pricing mechanism,international flow ofcapital,in various nations. China can be inevitably impacted by international inflation trans-mission after returning to GATT while affected by 'economic transnissien' from developedcountries. It is imperative for us to learn the basic advocations of international inflationtransmission from the West and to combine the basic requirements of GATT,making use ofexchange rate mechanism,regulation policy of industries and the measures to regulate inter-national capital,contiolling the international impacts of inflation transmission to our econo-my.
