通过对建水的自然和历史沿革的分析,揭示了建水之所以具有崇文尚儒和学士文化的深厚底蕴及景观特质的原因,并通过研究古城开发目前存在的问题,充分阐述挖掘民族文化底蕴及更新活化在古城保护中的重要性,指出保护与更新这一对矛盾体的统一在今后发展建设中的重要作用。

This paper is for the analysis of thenatural and historical evolution of the jianshui,have revealed to that have worship culture yetwith the deep base of scholar culture and thereason of special landscape quality, and throughstudying problem of existent in the ancient citydevelopment now, have elaborated fully impor-tance to excavate base of national culture andrenew cremation in ancient city protection,pointed out the importance role of this unifica-tion for contradictory thing of protection andrenew in development and construction in thefuture.
