摘要
我国老年人银色住宅市场以其特有的人性化设计而具有巨大潜在需求和迫切性,但是事实上目前对银色住宅的有效需求并不充分,本文通过分析对银色住宅名义需求与实际需求的差距,针对银色住宅产业发展的瓶颈,提出反按揭贷款的付款方式。
There is a latency great demand ofaging argent housing in China because of itshumanistic characteristics. However, the actualdemand is relatively insufficient. In this paper,we focus on the disparity between the theoreti-cal and real demand to find out the resolution tothe developing problem of the Argent Housing.
