微量添加剂对6063铝合金晶粒细化及力学性能的影响

The Effect of Trace Additive on Grain Refinement and Mechanical Properties of 6063 Aluminum Alloy

研究了微量稀土和 Al- Ti- B添加剂对 6 0 6 3铝合金的晶粒尺寸和力学性能的影响。结果表明 :微量稀土和 Al- Ti-B复合作用后的效果更明显 ,6 0 6 3铝合金的晶粒得到显著细化 ,抗拉强度和延伸率得到很大的提高。

The effect of rare earth and Al-Ti-B on the grain size and mechanical properties of 6063 aluminum alloy was studied.The results showed that the grain was refined remarkably after the addition of rare earth and Al-Ti-B.The tensile strength and elongation of 6063 aluminum alloy were both increased obviously.
