摘要
本文针对新生由于身体素质差,导致掌握技术动作困难、体育课成绩不好。提出良好的身体素质是 掌握运动技能、提高运动成绩的基础,简要地介绍了田径、篮球和排球项目中的一些身体素质训练方法。
Considering the freshmen's difficulty in command the technical movement and their poor performance in the sports class which are due to their poor physical fitness, it is put forward in this paper that physical fitness are the bases to master sports skills and to improve their sports performance. The author also gives a brief introduction to the training technics aiming at enhancing students' fitness in the fields and track, basketball and volleyball.
