经济的景气循环虽然不可避免,但如果政府能有效地干预和调节,可拉长经济周期,减少发生的频率,缩小每个经济周期的波幅。中国大陆经济的高速增长是非常必要和重要的,但一定要在促进经济发展的前提下,解决好经济的稳定与发展妥善结合这一重要课题。政府必须尽快熟悉如何在市场经济条件下调控经济,以保持经济的持续、稳定、协调发展。

Although business cycle in booming is inevitable, however, the period, frequency and wave-length of economic cycling may be lengthened under governments effective regulation and intervention. It is utmost and foremost that China Mainland economyshould be developed in high speed but to have development and steady combined is alsonecessary and an important subject with the view to promote development.Governments should be tactful in how to regulate and control economy under marketconditions with the view to keep sustained,steady and coordinated development.
