On Cost Form and Mode for Renewing the Socialist Market Economic System

无论是诱致性变革还是强制性变革,都客观存在着体制创新的相应成本。基于对中国国情和体制创新成本的考虑,中国社会主义市场经济的体制安排应选择“渐进”的形式,而体制创新方式则应是政府与群众的互动。

No matter inducisive reform or forcible reform there will occur accordingly cost for renewing structure. Considering the conditions of China and the cost of renewing, theform of 'gradualism' is reasible for the establishment of Chiness socialist marketeconomy and the mode of renewal should be to have the masses motivated with the governments.
