安徽省城镇化加快发展的研究——农村剩余劳动力安排、转移问题及对策

Study on Speeding Development of Citi-lization in Anhui Province——Problems And Countermeasures to Arrange And Transform Surplus Labors in Rural Areas

“三农问题”是我国目前农业经济发展中的最大问题,我省是农业大省,“三农问题”在我省尤其突出。解决“三农问题”的根本出路是转移农村剩余劳动力,所以认真研究我省的农村剩余劳动力转移问题是非常必的。本文拟通过分析我省农村剩余劳动力转移所存在的问题,结合我省实际提出解决对策。

Farmer , agriculture and countryside” has been the most serious problem of the agricultural economy development in China recently . Anhui is a main agriculture province with severe situation on the problem of it . It should be based on the surplus labour shift of rural areas to solve the problem .So it is really necessary to make some research on it . In this article , it intends to analyze the problems that exist in the process of the surplus labour shift , and then put forward some suggestions on it.
