Establish Land Property Right Status for Farmers Practicely

当前农村土地制度中存在的核心问题是土地产权不明晰,农村土地产权不明晰带来了一系列严重后果。本文认为,农村土地制度改革的核心是确立农民土地产权的主体地位,并就目前如何确立农民土地产权的主体地位提出了相应的对策建议。

The main issue of the land policy in the countryside now is the indistinction of the land property right, and it brings lots of serious consequences. The opinion of the writer in this article is that the key point of the land policy reform lies in the establishment of the peasants’main part status of the land property right; and it also puts forward some ways to deal with the situation.
