摘要
RB2 11- 5 35E4发动机的宽弦风扇叶片是第一代宽弦风扇叶片的代表 ,具有重量轻、强度大等优点。在长时间使用后 ,合理的维护仍然重要。本文介绍了在维护过程中采用的方法、措施以及应该注意的问题 ,目的是保持风扇叶片在高效、低振动。
The fan blades of RB211-535E4 are the first generation of wide-chord fan blades, which provide significant advantages in lower weight and stronger strength. It is important to take correct maintenance for the fan blades after long time use. This article introduces some methods and actions to be taken during maintenance practice to maintain the high efficiency, low vibration and high reliability for fan blades.
