摘要
在传统的绩效考核中 ,对不同的人按同一标准衡量 ,是与他人进行相互比较。而在以人为本的考核中 ,对不同的人按不同的标准衡量 ,是与自己进行比较。
During the traditional check on achievements and results, assess different people by means of the same criteria and compare with others, while in the check by taking people as essence, assess different people via different criteria and compare with themselves. The latter can encourage the staff more effectively.
