摘要
围绕我国政府公关的现状进行了以下分析 :政府公关主体自身存在严重缺陷 ,客体的多样性造成政府公关的偏失 ,传播沟通过程中存在一系列沟通障碍问题。针对上述问题 ,提出增强政府公关主体的公关意识 ,理顺公众关系 ,注重公共关系传播 ,完善沟通机制等对策。
The current situations of Chinese government are analyzed in this paper. The shortcomings in our government are pointed out, e.g. there is no special PR (public relations) department in Chinese government; the government treats the public unreasonable due to the variety of objects; some communication problems exist in the propagation process. Some strategies are given for solving these problems: strengthen our government's PR sense; pay more attention to the propagation of PR and complete the communication system.
