摘要
文化哲学将人性的本质归结为人的自我创造的文化本性。它具有系统整体性、动态开放性和实践超越性。由此评价西方管理学的人性假设,可看到其在不同程度和不同方式上具有片面性、孤立性、静态性、实体性、超验性和抽象性。在全球化的今天,应整合人性理论,为当代企业管理的理论和实践提供参考。
Cultural philosophy considers the essence of human nature as man's cultural nature of self-creation, which bears systematic integration, dynamic openness and practical transcendence. In this way, the hypothesis of human nature in western theory of management is reviewed to discover that it is unilateral, isolated, static, substantial, transcendental and abstract at different levels and in different ways. In the globalization of today, the theory of human nature should be integrated, in order to provide reference for the theory and practice of contemporary enterprise management.
