摘要
聚四氟乙烯金属带材具有极高承载和超长使用寿命等特点 ,因此 ,在飞机上得到广泛的应用 ,以满足高、低温 ,高负荷 ,长寿命等苛刻条件下对润滑材料的要求。本文介绍了这种材料的研制过程 。
F 4Polyethylene metal belt material provides a very high allowable load capability and very long service life. Therefore as a kind of lubricant material it has been widely used in aircraft in order to satisfy requirements under rigorous environment conditions such as high, low temperature, high load, long service life,etc. The development of this material is presented in the paper. And some verification testmethods of it are given.
