摘要
分析了林业权的法律性质,指出当前我国应当建立完善的林业权权利体系,包括投资、 转让、出租、抵押等权利在内,并对林业权进行合理的限制和充分的保护。
The article analyses the legal nature of forest rights, points out the necessity of establishing and perfecting the forest right system which including investment, alienation, lease, mortgage, etc. And it is also very important to make an reasonable restriction and adequate protection of forest rights.
