竹产业参与式开发的探讨

On Developing Bamboo Industry by Partkipating

从福建省发展竹产业的优势及竹产业经营面临的问题出发,提出竹产业参与式开发的对策思考。在竹产业开发中实施参与式方法,确立竹农的主体性参与地位,使政府从竹产业发展的微观主体转变为宏观支持,并创造良好的外部环境,既有利于保护、发展竹林资源和改善生态环境,又有利于实现广大竹区农民增收和乡村致富。

The developing of bamboo industry can't do without the participating of the society and the bamboo fanners. It is beneficial not only to the protection, development and improvement of ecological environment but also to the increase of the income of the bamboo farmers and their well-off to strengthen the major participating positions of the farmers and to make the government support the bamboo industry all round and create a better environment. This article points out the countermeasures of developing bamboo industry by participating from the advantages of developing bamboo industry in Fujian and the problems facing the trade of bamboo industry.
