高稳定度微波功率源及其防护电路的设计

Design of a high stability microwave power generator and its protection circuit.

提出了用恒压 -恒流技术驱动磁控管的新方法。利用这种方法设计了用普通元器件构成的交流高压整流滤波电路及其安全防护电路 ,显著提高了微波功率输出的稳定性 。

A novel method to drive magnetron by constant voltage-constant current technique is proposed. Using this method, an AC high-voltage commutating filter and its security protection circuit have been designed with common electronic components. The output stability of the microwave power generator is greatly improved by this method, and the results of its application on microwave plasma torch spectrometer are satifsactory.
