Technology of Steam Curing for Cast-In-Site Box Girders with Large Spans

该文介绍了上海洋山深水港东海大桥浅海段大跨度现浇箱梁采用蒸汽养护技术的施工工艺和温控措施。前期施工缺乏经验,箱梁出现了较多裂缝。经对裂缝分布情况及原因分析,制定出蒸汽养护温差控制6项原则,使后期施工的箱梁、箱孔顶板基本无裂缝。

Introduced hereby are construction process and temperature control measures for steam curing technology of cast-in-site box girders with large spans of Donghai Bridge of Shanghai Yangshan Deepwater Wharf. Because of the lacking of experience, much cracking produced in box girders. Based on analysis on the distribution and producing causes, 6 principles are set up for temperature control of steam curing. There are basically no cracking in box girders etc in late construction period.
