二十四节气对大鼠肾上腺及睾丸3β—羟基类固醇脱氢酶活性的影响与“人与天地相应”理论的探讨

Effects of 24 Solar Terms on 3β-Hydroxysteroid Hehyderogenase Activity in Adrenal Cortex and Testis Interstitial Cell in Rats

摘要 本文观察了二十四节气对大鼠肾上腺皮质及睾丸间质细胞的3β-HSD 活性变化。实验观察:到全年中除网状带酶活性春季略低于夏季外,弓状带、束状带及间质细胞的3β-HSD 春季都显著高于其他各季;在冬季,除弓状带及间质细胞活性略高外,束状带、网状带的酶活性最低。实验证明节气对肾上腺皮质和间质细胞3β-HSD 活性有着明显的相关。 The activity of 3β-Hydroxyste- roid Hehyderogenase(3β-HSD)in the adrenal cortex and testis inter- stitial cell of rats were measured by microspectrophotometry.The experimental results showed:in spring season the activity of 3β-HSD in the zone glomerulose, zone fasciculata and interstitial cell,except zone reticularis,was markedly higher than that of the other seasons.In winter season the activity of 3β-HSD in the zone fasciculate and zone reticularis, except zone glomerulose and inter- stitial cell,was markedly lower than that of the other seasons. There is much evidence of a close relation between 24 solar terms and the activity of 3β-HSD.
