摘要
报告10例侧脑室内肿瘤行显微外科手术切除术,全切除9例,次全切除1例、无手术死亡.6例经5个月～6年随访,肿瘤无复发.采用显微外科手术术野清楚,能正确辨认丘纹静脉、脑室壁、脉络丛及丘脑等结构与肿瘤之间的关系.提高了肿瘤全切除率.对诊断,手术技巧等有关问题进行了讨论.
10 patients with lateral intraven-tricular tumors were treated by microsurgery, in9 of the 10 cases the tumors were completely re-sected and 1 subtotally removed. 6 patients hadbeen followed up from 0. 5 to 6 years. No opera-tive mortality and recurrence of tumors werefound in this group. By microsurgical technique,the relationship between the tumor and the ven-tricular structures such as the thalamas,choroidplexus and thalamostriate vein could be clearlyseen in the operative field. The diagnosis of in-traventricular tumor and operative skill werebriefly discussed in this paper.
