脊髓空洞症外科治疗新方法——脊神经后根分流术

A new method for surgical treatment of syringomyelia by shunting of the syrinx with the posterior spinal nerve root insertion

采用脊神经后根行囊腔内引流治疗脊髓空洞症9例,经1～6年随访.疗效满意.该手术具有操作简便、引流可靠和术后神经组织损伤小等优点.

Nine cases ot syringomyelia weretreated by means of placement of the posteriorroot of spinal nerve into the syrinx to keep itsopen for drainage of the cystic fluid to the sub-arachnoid space. All cases were followed-up for 1to 6 years,and the results were satisfactory. Thisnew approach has the advantages of simple ma-nipulation, dependable drainage and little injuryto the nervous tissue.
