摘要
报道近6年来应用显微外科技术切除鞍上脑膜瘤38例,肿瘤全切除28例(73.7%),次全切除6例(15 8%),大部分切除4例(10.5%).术后视力改善23例(60.5%).应用显微外科切除鞍上脑膜瘤可明显改进手术效果,提高肿瘤全切除率,降低手术死亡率.
In this paper the microsurgical man-agement of suprasellar meningiomas for 38 pa-tients in the last 6 years has been reported. A-mong the 38 patients,total removal of the tumorwas achieved in 28 patients (73.2%), subtotalexcision in 6 patients (15. 8%), and partial exci-sion in 4 patients (10.5%). The visual functionwas improved in 23 patients(60.5%). The post-operative outcome was significantly benefited bythe use of the microsurgical techniques. The suc-cessful rate in total tumor rsection is greatly in-creased and the operative mortality is markedlydeclined.
