摘要
将CO_2、Ar及Nd:YAG激光器耦联于手术显微镜,吻合大鼠颈总动脉152条(平均直径0.92±0.07mm).观察153d.进行了通畅率、动脉瘤率和狭窄率的统计.并作了血锌测定,血管耐压试验及光镜和电镜的分析研究.对激光吻合血管的机理作了简要的讨论.
This paper described that microvascu-lar anastomosis of 152 rat carotid arteries which had diameters of 0. 92 + 0. 07mm was performed end to end anastomosis with three different kinds of laser apparatus. The duration of observation ranged from 1 to 153 days. The long term patency rate,aneurysm occur rate,stenosis rate, serum zinc level changs, infused intra-arterial pressure measurement, as well as light and electron microscopic observations were taken. The reliable results show that the coupling device are successful.
