概要论述了我国基础教育新课改的基本情况;论证了高师教育改革的必要性;提出了高等师范院校应采取的改革对策:实行宽口径专业教育;加强人格的塑造;增加、完善教育理论课程;强化教育实践技术与技能训练。

This paper discusses briefly the situation of new curriculum reform in basic education in our country. It argues the necessities to conduct the educational reform in teachers college, carry out the broadened major education, strengthen the personality education, increase the courses of educational theory,and emphasize the practical training of technique and skill.
