To enable the students to fully understand the importance of The Principles of Marxist Philosophy, it is necessary to make concise introductory remarks at the very beginning.This paper mainly points out: attach the importance to the directive function of theory on practice; make it clear that integrating theory with practice is the cardinal theoretical principle of Marxism; maintain close links with the current social reality in the study of Marxist philosophy; adopt firm and scientific belief.
