Education Circumstances Influence on Students′ Development in Teachers College

通过对育人环境不同的两个平行班进行的访谈和问卷调查,探究了师范院校学生发展的影响因素。经过比较研究,探讨了育人环境与学生发展的相互作用,分析和揭示了自然环境、教学环境、制度管理环境、生活环境、活动环境等五个方面对学生的影响。

According to the research on two classes of equal rank studying in different circumstances,the authors,by means of interview and questionnaire,probe into the influence factors of education circumstances to students' advance in Teachers College.By comparative study,this paper has discussed the interact between education circumstances and students' advance.The effects of education environment factors,which include natural environment,teaching environment,system of administration,living condition and conditions of activity,have been analyzed and discovered.
