摘要
通过对铁路门式起重机现行维修保养体制的分析 ,列举了存在的弊端 ,阐明了在当前市场经济条件下 ,现行装卸机械维修保养体制已不适应装卸企业经营的要求 ,急待改革。并提出了按需维修保养的新思路 ,制定了维修保养体制改革方案的雏形 。
There are shortcomings with existing railway gantry crane maintenance and care system and the schedules and regulations in it have already unsatisfied railway loading/unloading operation demands required by current market economic development.So reforming it is imperative.This paper puts forward a new require-based maintenance and care system and details its establishment and implementation.
