摘要
报道了载铁硅胶的制备及其在含氟水中的吸附除氟性能 ,提出了一种新的配体交换固液分离、深度除氟材料。实验研究了该种分离材料在高氟水中的除氟效率和条件 ,结果表明 ,在含氟30~ 40 mg/L左右的水中 ,除氟率高达 99.5 0 %以上 ,可使水中氟含量降至 0 .0 1 mg/L以下。经测定 ,载铁硅胶对氟的静态饱和吸附容量可达 7.99mg/g。水中常见共存离子对氟的吸附率无影响 ,表现出该种材料对氟吸附的高度选择性。得到了一种对含氟地下水和工业氟污染水的效果显著的除氟方法。
Preparation of the silica gel of carrying ferrum and its properties of adsorbing and removing fluoride from water including fluorine were reported,and a new mat erial of separating fluoring base on ligand exchange was got.The test result sho ws that this containing Fe 3+ silica gel has favourable adsorbing capacity for fluorine from water,when fluorine concentration about 30~ 40 mg/L ,the 99.50% of fluor was removed from water,a nd that can be reduce flour content in water to below 0.01 mg/L .It was determined that the static saturation F- absorbing capacity is7.99 mg/g.On the other hands,the re sult s hows as well,common-ions in water do not make affect to absorb fluor ions by th e gel,and high selection in process of removing fluorine has been demonstrated.A new remarkable method of remove fluorine from groundwater and industrial pollut ed water was got.
