摘要
可编程控制器在工业生产自动化过程中 ,显示出极大的优越性。可编程控制器在其硬件的支持下 ,通过执行反映控制要求的用户程序完成控制任务。大部分可编程控制器在控制过程的表达方式上 ,很少直接用指令表语言编制程序 ,而是先根据控制要求绘制出梯形图 ,再由梯形图写出对应的指令表程序 ,按程序规定顺序扫描达到控制要求。阐述了对控制程序的编制过程及描述控制任务应注意的有关问题 ,并给出了控制电路及梯形图示例和程序的输入、检查。
In the procedure of industrial manufacture a utomatization,programmabl e controller displayed infinite advantage.Programmable controller,under the su pport of the hardware,fulfils the controlling task through the implementation o f consumer program which reflect the controlling requirement.In the mode of exp ression,few of the programmable controllers directly use repertoire language to programme; they firstly draw the ladder chart in accordance with requirement,a nd then write out corresponding repertoire language program by ladder chart so a s to achieve the controlling requirement by the order scan of program regulation .This paper is mainly set forth and explore on the programming procedure of c ontrolling program and the question that should be paid attention in the descrip tion controlling task etc.;and this paper also gives out the basic flow of in put,checking and editing on controlling circuit and ladder chart example.
