水库移民系统重建中的联动监控方法研究

Study of Coordinated Supervisory Control Method in Reconstruction of Reservoir Resettlement System

针对水库移民系统重建中的进度、质量和投资三方面的控制问题,突破传统做法,研究提出了"三维"联动监控思路。文中首先叙述了我国水库移民系统重建中的进度、质量和投资控制方法现状;提出将赢得值法运用到水库移民系统重建的目标监控中,并对其具体应用方法进行详细论述,且运用案例进行了实证分析。

Making a breakthrough in conventional practice the paper has put forward a philosophy of 'three-dimensional' coordinated supervisory control according to the control problems in connection with progress, quality and investment in reestablishment of the reservoir resettlement system. The authors have first recounted the current situation of the progress, quality and investment control method being used in the reservoir resettlement system in the country, suggested to apply the gain value method to the target supervisory control of the reservoir resettlement system, then detailed the method of application and finally made a verification analysis by using certain cases.
