摘要
混凝土坝施工过程混凝土浇筑强度变化,其骨料生产强度也应随之。变化大小还取决于上阶段骨料的存储量和料仓的存储容积。为反映这生产过程相关因素的内在联系,建立了天然和人工骨料生产的线性优化数模,根据骨料的不同级配,可供利用的加工设备,骨料生产选取的不同工艺流程,用微机可实现骨料的均衡生产和生产过程的实时优化控制。使混凝土骨料生产既满足混凝土浇筑强度的要求,又达到经济节约的目的。通过实际工程生产数据的经验,证明所建立的线性优化数学模型及所编的计算程序,对指导骨料优化生产是切实可行,行之有效的。
The intensity of concrete aggregates production changes with that of concrete placement during construction of a concrete dam. Further, the change also depends on the storage of aggregates produced in the previous stage as well as the storage capacity. In order to know the internal relationships of the relevant factors in the course of aggregates production, a linear optimized mathematical model for production of both natural and crushed aggregates has been established, based on which a computer can be used to carry out balanced aggregates production and real-time optimized control of the production process according to different gradations of aggregates, available processing equipment and various technological process to be selected for production of various aggregates so that the production of concrete aggregates will not only satisfy the intensity requirement of concrete placement but also cost less. The concrete aggregates production data obtained from the practical projects have proved that the established linear optimized mathematical model and the developed computation program are practicable and effective in guiding optimized production of concrete aggregates.
