摘要
本文介绍半导体激光在线气体分析仪的测量原理 ,硬、软件设计及性能特点。该仪器实现工业过程气体的现场在线连续自动检测 ,无需采样预处理系统 ,提高测量响应速度和仪器可靠性 。
The article presents the work principle, hardware and software design and the characteristics and specifications of Semiconductor Laser Online Gas Analyzers The analyzers are capable of automated in situ online continuous industry process gas concentration measurement in lieu of sampling and pretreatment, demonstrate superb fast time response and reliability, and require limited maintenance
