监护职责与监护责任在实际生活中往往被混为一谈。在处理学生伤害事故时,学校和监护人的责任,到底是一种什么责任,也往往引起人们的误解。监护职责与监护责任属于不同的范畴,两者在内容和能否约定转移上都有着明显的不同。

Guardianship and guardian duty are usually confused. While dealing with accidents of students injury, the responsibility of schools and the guardians are often misunderstood. However, guardianship and guardian duty belong to different scopes.
