Simple Analysic to the Relations Between Improving Labour Productivity and Expanding Employment

在共同推进我国社会主义现代化建设的过程中,提高劳动生产率与扩大劳动就业之间具有对立统一的关系。从静态的角度和具体到某个时期的某个具体生产过程来看,两者具有对立性,而从整个社会的长远发展来看,两者又是统一的。在当前情况下,研究和探讨提高劳动生产率与扩大劳动就业之间的对立统一关系,对于实现两者之间的良性循环,推动经济发展和社会全面进步,具有十分重要的理论意义和现实意义。

During the period of advancing our socialist modernization construction together, the relations be- tween improving labour productivity and expanding employment are opposite and united. Form the motionless aspect and some process in certain producing period, the two aspects are opposite, but form the future devel- opment of whole society, they are united. Under current conditions, which discussing and stuelying the rela- tions, there are very important theoretical and praefical values to realize their benign circulations and advance economic development and general social progress.
