摘要
防止腐败的发生,不仅应从非正式制度着眼,更应从经济人的有限理性出发,注意正式制度(福利、晋升、奖惩、监督等)的完善。
In Irder to prevent corruption,we should not only depent on the unofficial system, but also perfect
the official system including well fare, promotion and supervision because of the limitted reason of an economic
man.
