茶氨酸是茶树中的特有氨基酸,可显著改善绿茶茶汤的风味,并且具有多种重要的生理作用。可由其开发出各种相应的产品投放市场。但因天然纯品产量有限,所以国际市场价格很高。
Theanine is the charcterstic amino acid in tea trees. It can improve the flavor of the green tea apparently. At the same time , it has many important physiological functions. Many products can be made from it and put into market.But the natural purified thea-nine is very limited, so it's price is very high in international market.
