跟内脂肪垫与跟痛症关系的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的 :探索后跟脂肪垫厚度、弹性与中老年跟痛症的关系。方法 :对骨科门诊 5 3例跟痛症患者行B超测量负重及不负重时后跟脂肪垫的厚度 ,并计算跟垫压缩性系数 ,根据体重指数及年龄将 6 0位对照组进行对照分析。结果 :跟痛组与对照组间负重及不负重时跟骨脂肪垫厚度有统计学差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,跟脂肪垫压缩性系数及体重指数二组间无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :后跟脂肪垫增厚与跟痛发展有重要相关性 。 Objective:To explore the relationship of heel fat pad thickness and elasticity with plantar heel pain(PHP) in middle and old aged persons. Methods: Fifty-three orthopaedic outpatients with plantar heel pain were examined by ultrasound to obtain the heel pad thickness in loaded and unloaded condition and figure out the elastic index. Cases were matched with control group of 60 subjects accoraing to body weight index and age. Results: The results demonstrated a significant difference in heel pad thickness between the PHP and control group in loaded and unloaded condition( P <0.05). There was no significant difference in heel pad elastic index and body mass index between the two groups. Conclusions: Body weight index and heel fat pad elastic index have no correlation with PHP in adults. Instead, heel pad thickness has been related to the development of PHP.
