摘要
根据供热过程具有时变性的特点 ,采用具有遗忘因子的递推最小二乘法在线估计对象参数 ,并按Cohen Coon整定公式实时调整PID控制器的控制参数 ,达到了控制系统适应对象参数变化的目的。系统能自动调节供、回水的平均温度 ,并根据供热效果对供热系数进行模糊修正 ,增加补水前馈控制 ,使系统的性能得到进一步改善。
In accordance with the time varying feature of heat supplying process, to reach the goal of making control system adapting changes of object parameters, the control parameters of PID controller are adjusted in real time with Cohen-Coon tuning formula, and the object parameters are estimated on line with recurrence least square method which offers amnesic factor. The average temperature of supplying water and reclaimed water can be adjusted automatically by the system, the fuzzy correction to heat supplying coefficient is made, adding makeup water feed forward control in accordance with the effect of heat supply, thus the performance of the system is improved furthermore.
