摘要
在改造意大利全自动离心机电控系统工程中 ,设计了基于SiemensS7- 30 0系列PLC的电控系统 ,并根据离心机滤鼓调速的特点采用了西门子Micromaster4 4 0变频器作为滤鼓调速器 ,PLC和MM4 4 0变频器之间采用Profibus DP现场总线通信实现对变频器的自动调控。整个系统具有控制体系简明开放、布线简单可靠、控制运行准确平稳的特点。
In the retrofit p roject of electric control system of Ita lian fully automatic centrifugal machine , the electric control system Based on S iemens S7-300 Series PLC is designed. In accordance with the features of speed r egulating of filtering drum of the centr ifugal machine, the Micromaster 440 inve rter from Siemens is used as the governo r of filtering drum. Profibus-DP fieldbu s communication is used for communicatio n between MM440 inverter and PLC, thus a utomatic regulation and control of the i nverter are implemented. The whole contr ol system architectural is open and conc ise and features simple and reliable wir ing, accurate and stable operation.
