邓小平人才思想主要包括尊重知识、尊重人才,德才兼备、注重实绩,知人善任、不拘一格几个方 面。其人才教育思想主要是提倡把教育放在优先发展的地位,提出了我国发展教育事业及人才培养的总目标、最 佳途径和方法,指出政治思想教育是培育合格人才的重要保障。

Deng Xiaoping's ideology on talents mainly encompasses the following aspects; Respecting knowledge and talented persons; taking both political integrity and ability as the standard of talented persons; attaching importance to practical achievements; being adept in understanding and appointing talented persons; discarding uniformity of standards in selecting and employing people of talent. Deng Xiaoping's thought of talents education gives priority to the development of education, sets forth the general goal, the best ways and methods for the development of China's education undertaking, and points out that the political and ideological education is the important guarantee for the cultivation of qualified people of talent.
