教师继续教育的价值偏失与对策

摘要 教师继续教育在价值目标的选择上 ,普遍存在着两种偏失 :一是唯学历教育 ,二是唯学科教育。产生这种偏失 ,是由于①教师继续教育缺少畅通的实施途径 ;②教育现实尚未形成对教师素质的实质性挑战。③教师教育理论建设相对滞后。要端正教师继续教育的价值取向 ,必须抓好“二个建设”。一是建立校本师资教育模式 。 There are two common deviations from the choices of the value and purpose in teachers' further education.One is 'academic credential-only'education,the other is 'subject-only'education,which is caused by,first,the lack of unimpeded implementway in teachers' eduation;second,the reality in education hasn't formed a substantial challenge for the teachers' quality;third,the relative lagging in there construction of teachers' educational theory.Therefore,to correct the deviation of teachers' further education we must work for the two'construction's.First,set up a mode of teachers' further education based on their own schools.Second,establish the mechanim of teachers' education scientific research.
