公司治理评价模式的探讨

An Exploration of evaheation pattern of corporate governance

本文首先针对公司治理的概念和目标提出了自己的见解;接着简单阐述了公司治理原则及架构;并引出了公司治理评价以及对国内外公司治理评价模式的介绍和分析;最后,笔者在基于对公司治理定义和公司治理目标认识的基础上,依据公司治理的相关原则、法律法规,结合我国公司治理环境等,提出了一个粗略的公司治理评价模式。

We first give our own opinions of the concept and goal of corporation governance. Then we simply state princioles and frameworks of corporation governance as well as how to evaluate corporation governance which consists of an introduction and analysis of evaluation pattern in China and foreign countries.Finally, based on our definition and goal of corporation governance, according to relative principles and legal rules and combined with the environment of corporation governance, we raised a rough evaluation pattern of corporation governance.
