摘要
为了探索混输管线液量改变瞬变过程压力、压差的变化规律 ,在长 378m、内径 80mm的水平不锈钢试验环道上利用空气和水进行了段塞流液量改变瞬变试验研究。试验采用压力变送器测量压力信号 ,将相邻两压力信号相减 (上游减下游 )得到压差信号。根据试验结果 ,分析了液量改变瞬变过程中压力、压差的变化规律 ,对瞬变过程中的各种现象进行了详细分析和合理解释 ,从概率密度分布和功率谱密度两方面对压力。
In order to find the characteristics of liquid flowrate changing transient within slug flow regime, an statistical investigation was carried out in a 378 m long,80 mm i.d.stainless steel pipeline.Air and water were used as test fluid and response to changes of liquid flowrate was measured using a series of pressure transducers. Differential pressure signal was achieved by subtracting downstream pressure signal from upstream pressure signal.According to the test results,the development trends and statistical characteristics of pressure and differential pressure along the pipe during the liquid flowrate changing transient process was analyzed,and the reasons on these phenomena were also explained.
