动态资源库是相对传统的资源库而言的。它的内容并非一次性构造完成 ,而是来源于具体教学过程中动态产生。动态资源可以体现教学过程的过程性、交互性、连续性 ,对于教与学来说 ,是另一种类型的参考资源 ,具有重要意义。动态资源库的内容涵盖面广 ,它的内容形态多种多样。动态资源库的建设 ,重点在于与学与教等其他应用系统的接口和内容结构组织 ,系统的功能除了静态资源库的相似功能外 ,还必须包括内容筛选 ,过程静态化抽象化处理、属性添加和存储管理、应用接口等必备功能。

Dynamic information resource system is a concept referring to traditional one. Its main content can not be constructed once, but from the material process of the instruction. Dynamic information is another kind of education information, which includes the procedure, interaction, and continuity of the instruction process. It is very significant for studying and teaching. The range of content is wide, and its representation is diversity. The functions of the dynamic information system must include choosing the content, the abstraction and holding still action, adding attribution and managing of the access, and the interface for other applications. The interface and the organization of the content are the most difficult component.
