摘要
人才思想是司马光政治思想的重要组成部分,在《资治通鉴》的"臣光曰"及其它一系列论著中有着较充分的体现。司马光认为在封建的守成和进取阶段,人才有着十分重要的作用;强调要选用德才兼备之人;要求为人上者要诚心致才,礼贤下士,并且要依靠众人举才;主张用人应不徇私情、用人应不拘门第、用人勿疑;主张从实际工作中去考核人才。但司马光的人才思想也存在着不少的缺陷。
Si Ma-guang expounded his qualified personnel thoughts in the 'Subject Guang's speaking' of ZI ZHI TONG JIAN and others. Talent had played a great role not only in the keeping forging ahead stage but in the maintaining the achievements of a dynasty's processors, he thought .The criterion of selecting talent: he emphasized the ruler must select a person who has both ability and political integrity .He thought the ruler must be sincere and courteous to the talent and elect talent relying on everybody.He considered that applying talent should not swayed by personal considerations and not confined in family status and suspicions .He said the ruler must asses the talent through the practice.But there are a lot of shortcomings in the qualified personnel thoughts of Si Ma-guang.
