摘要
矮败小麦是我国特有的遗传资源。它结合太谷核不育小麦雄性败育彻底和矮变一号降秆作用强的特点于一体 ,其后代总是有一半靠异交结实的矮秆不育株和一半靠自交结实的非矮秆可育株 ,是理想的轮回选择工具。以矮败小麦为基础 ,轮回选择为核心建立了一套小麦高效育种技术新体系 ,为不同生态区域不同改良目标的小麦育种提供了成熟的技术平台。
Dwarfing-sterile wheat is an unique genetic resource in China. Not only it has complete and dominant male sterility gene derived from “taigu” male steril e wheat but also it has dwarfing gene that can reduce plant high derived from “aibian 1”. Dwarf-sterile wheat was pollinated by non-dwarfing variety. Of p rogenies from the cross, dwarf plants will be male sterile type, while non-dwar f plants will male fertile type. Dwarfing-sterile wheat is a good tool for whea t breeding in recurrent selection. Using dwarfing-sterile wheat and recurrent selection technology has built excellence breeding technology and system for di fferent ecological regions and different aim in wheat breeding.
