分析了我国当前粮食安全面临的挑战——生产滑坡、产不足需 ;库存消耗、储备隐忧 ;外源不稳、供应趋紧 ;市场波动、粮价飚升。阐明了自主生产为主、适当进口为辅是维护我国粮食安全的基本策略、依靠科技进步是实现我国粮食可持续安全的必然选择。并提出了挖掘科技增产潜力的战略措施。

Challenges to current grain safety in our country ware analyzed in this article , including grain production decline, inadequate grain yield for needs, inadeq uate grain reserves; unstable and inadequate grain supplies; from home and forei gn source grain market fluctuation, violently raising of price grain. It was cl arified fundamental strategy of nafional grain safety; prodece domestie as prima ry and appropriate grain import from foreign countries as supplementary. depen ding on science and technology advances is an inevitable choice for achieving st eady grain safety in our country. Strategic measures were also provided for impr oving science and technology level as measures for increasing grain yield.
