摘要
通过质量成本内涵的理论介绍与分析 ,进行现阶段不同类型企业生产食用农产品的质量成本分析 ,总结出食用农产品发展在质量起步阶段、质量提高发展阶段和高质量发展阶段的质量成本变化特点 ,提出在质量起步阶段应从建立制度环境、完善监管体系、规范市场行为、建立风险补偿机制和激发企业内在动力等几方面来保障食用农产品质量的发展思路。
In this paper, through introduction and analysis of quality cost theor y, we analyzes the present quality cost of food agricultural products of differe nt types of enterprises, summarizes changes of quality cost in the beginning, de veloping and developed stages, and puts forward measures to ensure the quality o f food agricultural products by forming regulations, perfecting supervision and management system, regulating market behavior, establishing mechanism of risk co mpensation and stimulating the motivation of the enterprises, etc.
