摘要
建立了一种灵敏度高、简便、快速及重复性好的用荧光测定梭曼的方法。该方法检测灵敏度:梭曼的可测出浓度最低能达到10ng/ml。变异系数在2.8%以内。梭曼浓度与荧光强度呈良好的线性关系,是一种比较理想的微量检测方法。
A highly sensitive, simple and rapid fluorescence method with a good
reproducibility for the determination of soman is established. The sensitivity of this method in de-
termining soman can reach 10ng / ml. The coefficient of variation of experimental results is within
2.8%. There is a good linear relationship between the soman concentration and the intensity of
fluorescence, so that it is an ideal micro-method for the detection and determination of soman.
